Our Returns Policy

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you want to return a product please see our procedure and conditions below.

How to Return an Item:

  1. The item must be returned within 30 days of the date purchase.
  2. The item must be undamaged and in it's original packaging.
  3. Return Your item to: IYUS.COM, Court Lodge, Porthpean, Cornwall PL26 6AY
  4. Please inform us by emailing info@iyus.com that you are returning your item so that we can match the return with your order and please let us know whether you require a refund or a replacement product.
  5. When posting the item please include your contact details with the item including address, telephone number and email address.
  6. Depending on what is best for you we will replace the item or reimburse you for the full purchase cost once the item has been received. This does not include any amount paid for postage and packaging.

Goods Damaged on Arrival:

If your product is damaged when it arrives please let us know straight away (within 7 days) by emailing details of the damage to  info@iyus.com and we will rectify the situation.
